It is time to rethink

The way we work and live has direct consequences: for us, for others, and for future generations. We too contribute to a sustainable development and orientate ourselves towards the Agenda 2030 of the UN and the 17 articulated goals. We can – and therefore want to – make concrete contribution to six of these goals. We internalize these goals as our own values and live by them, thus enabling a competent collaboration with our partners, that generates added value sustainably.

No poverty

The fight against poverty is near and dear to us. Fighting poverty can succeed once an awareness is established and tangible countermeasures are taken. Therefore, we pay a fair salary to all our employees. By doing so, we not only secure their existence but also that of their families and children. Among other things, our recommended ESG actions support companies and others, to watch out for fair business practices of their respective business partners.

Health and well-being

To work in an informal atmosphere, and likewise our team’s health, is of utmost importance to us. That is why we pursue an active health prevention, that secures and increases the well-being of all employees. Weekly Qi-Gong sessions, a creative exchange on balanced and healthy nutrition and finally a flexible working environment and time management enable our team a sustainable work-life balance.

High-quality education

High-quality education

A high-value education starts even with the youngest in our society. A flexible re-entry after parental leave provides our employees’ children access to early childhood care and preschool education. We gladly invest in our team’s individual vocational education and training. We put emphasis on extension of our internal knowledge management system, which allows a purposeful onboarding and the sponsorship of lateral entry employees, that are new to the industry. In doing so, we – as individuals, team, and business – can mutually grow and advance.

We live gender equality, starting with equal representation of our management on the executive board level. Regardless of gender, we treat all employees with the same amount of respect and dignity. Our agile work organization enables allows every team member to better reconcile work and family or nursing. We do not accept unequal structures of payment for our colleagues (gender pay gap).
